    6 Parity Swapping   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NM5phUqZxyE

0:01:00 A:  Single, Dual, Single Swap Takes a long time, minimal down time.
0:02:32 B:  Offline Swap Keeps parity protection, but requires the array to be shut down
0:04:00 C:  Parity to Data Drive Swap for replacing a failing drive with a disk larger than the current parity
0:06:45 D:  Yolo Swapping just switching it without much thought. (keeps array online, but
removes the parity protection till the process is done.)

    B: Offline Swap
    Stop array
select new parity over the existing parity
start array in Maint Mode (X)
    sync

C: Parity to Data Drive Swap
    ( Array is stopped )
0:04:40 First, remove the failing data drive. ( put data disk in unassigned mode )
Then start the array and stop it right after.
Now remove the old parity drive. ( put parity disk in unassigned mode )
and put it in the "failed" disks location. ( assign the "partiy" disk to the "data" disk location )

Put  the new bigger drive as the new parity ( assign the "new bigger" disk to the "parity" disk location )

0:05:41 We can now see a "Copy" Selection.  We can check the "Yes I want to do this"   Copy X Yes, I want to do this
click on copy,  The array will now copy the data from  the old parity drive to the new parity.  (This can take many hours)
During this process we cannot access the drives. Once the copy has finished the array
will be automatically stopped We can now start the array up again. Start
The rebuild of the "new data disk" is now starting. During  this process we can already access our data again. (Can again take many hours)
Once the rebuild is complete  we have finish the Procedure
