    2 Start a Google Meet Session
    3 Invite Participants: Share the meeeting link or code via email, chat, or calendar invite. Join or start a Google Meet meeting.
   
    4 Join the Meeting: Click the meeting link or enter the code at meet.google.com  3 Launch the Whiteboard
    Ensure your camera and microphone are set up (test via "Settings"). Click the Meeting Tools button (usually in the bottom-right corner).
    Select Collaborative Whiteboard from the add-ons list.
    5 Manage the Meeting: Controls: Mute/unmute, turn camera on/off, share screen, or use reactions via the bottom toolbar. Click Start a Whiteboard to begin collaboration.
    Participants: Manage attendees via the "People" tab (mute, pin, or remove if you're the host).
    Features: Use captions, record (if enabled), or breakout rooms (for Workspace users). 4 Use the Whiteboard Tools
    Draw, write, and interact with participants in real time.
    6 End the Meeting: Click "Leave call" to exit.   Use pen, shapes, text, and selection tools to brainstorm ideas.
    As the host, you can end it for all via the "End meeting" option. Zoom, pan, and navigate the canvas effortlessly.
   
    5 Save & Share Your Work
    Tips: Test your internet, audio, and video beforehand. You can export your whiteboard as an image or PDF for future reference.
    Use a headset for better audio.
    Familiarize youself with settings for larger meetings (e.g.,  muting all). This tool works directly in your browser, so there’s no need to install extra software.

    Notes: Be sure you "Join" the meeting
    Clicking the "join link" takes you to the "Ready to join?" page, but you don't join the meeting until you click the "Join now" link Join now
    While in the "Ready to join" mode, you can set up your microphone, audio, and video settings via the dropdowns located at the bottom of the video window.
